Togg's second stop was Uzbekistan

Turkiye's first domestic electric car, Togg, was delivered to Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Uzbekistan, after Azerbaijan which was the Togg’s first stop outside the Turkiye.

Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank and the Togg delegation delivered the blue Togg, which took its color from the Gemlik district of Bursa, to Mirziyoyev. President Mirziyoyev tested Togg's T10X on the streets of the capital Tashkent. Minister Varank said Togg, as one of the most important automobile projects in the world, will generate a huge response all over the world.

After the first delivery ceremony held at the Turkish Presidential Palace, the second address of the smart device Togg became Azerbaijan, and Minister Varank delivered a red Togg symbolizing Anatolia to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku. Togg's new destination abroad was Uzbekistan, which holds the Presidency of the Organization of Turkish States.

Minister Varank, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkiye (TOBB) and Togg Chairman Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Togg Board Members Kamilhan Süleyman Yazıcı (Anadolu Group), Bekir Cem Köksal (Zorlu Holding), Murat Yalçıntaş (BMC) and Serkan Öztürk (Turkcell) arrived in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. During the visit, Minister Varank was accompanied by Turkiye's Ambassador to Tashkent, Olgan Bekar.

Minister Varank and the accompanying delegation were later received by President of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev at the Presidential Palace of Uzbekistan. During the meeting, Mirziyoyev noted that he is particularly pleased with the current state of bilateral cooperation and the development of mutual dialogue, emphasizing that the trade volume between the two countries has steadily increased, a number of major investment projects have been jointly implemented in priority sectors, and regular air flights between the countries have increased.

'WE HAVE COMPLETED THE UNFINISHED STORY'

Togg Chairman of the Board of Directors Hisarcıklıoğlu presented the Devrim Automobile and a work consisting of Togg's composition to Mirziyoyev. Minister Varank, informed Mirziyoyev about the art piece, said that the story with Togg was completed. Mirzayev, who received the Gemlik colored T10X Smart device, conveyed his thanks and greetings to President Erdogan and said, "I know the meaning of this gift. It will be recorded as the success of the Turkish states in the world. It is an indication of what Turkiye can do. The doors of your ancestral homeland are always open to you."

TASHKENT TOUR WITH TOGG 

After the ceremony, President Mirziyoyev got behind the wheel, took Minister Varank and Hisarcıklıoğlu with him and toured the streets of Tashkent. Later, Minister Varank said, "We delivered Turkiye's car, which is Turkiye's 60-year dream, to the President of Uzbekistan, Mr. Mirziyoyev. Of course, Turkiye's automobile project is a great excitement for our citizens all over Turkiye. As it aroused great enthusiasm, it aroused both enthusiasm and curiosity both in the Turkish world and in foreign countries. Of course, the Turkish people's gift to Uzbekistan for bringing such a technological marvel, such a product produced by Turkiye, to Uzbekistan, the term President of the Organization of Turkish States. We are very happy and proud to have brought it back to its people."

Minister Varank have noted their converstation with President Mirziyoyev about both Togg and Turkiye-Uzbekistan relations, and added, "It is really pleasing and proud for us to see where Turkiye has come in industry and production, and that the products have an impact all over the world. Turkiye’s automobile project is currently just as it generate a huge response in Turkiye, just as our citizens are interested in such a vehicle, we believe that Turkiye's automobile will make an impact all over the world with its competitiveness and technology. We trust ourselves. We trust Turkish entrepreneurs. Turkiye's automobile project will take its place in history as one of the most important automobile projects in the world."
